Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing insolvency practice. Our client is looking for an Insolvency Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in corporate insolvency to join their Sheffield office. The role will predominately involve taking an active and leading role in Administrations and Liquidations.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
*Arrange and undertake client meetings from initial contact, during and beyond
*Experience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly Administrations and CVLs
*Liaise with clients, shareholders, and 3rd parties on matters arising within the case
*Oversee statutory compliance and ensure all case files are maintained to regulatory standards.
*Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
*Manage and delegate casework to team members ensuring work is completed in at timely manner
*Keep up to date with insolvency legislation and best practices.
Skills required:
*5 years plus corporate insolvency experience
*Good numeracy and analytical skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent team player
*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to work on your own initiative and be proactive
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Significant insolvency experience (JIEB and/or accountancy qualification is preferred).
