COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – NORTH YORKSHIRE
Up to £62K DOE | Hybrid / Flex Hours


I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded, client-focused law firm based in North Yorkshire.
They’re looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their growing team.

The Role:
You’ll manage a broad caseload of commercial property matters including:
Sales, purchases, leases, landlord & tenant work
Agricultural and rural property
Option agreements, overage, finance, and more
You’ll have the support of a legal assistant and be part of a genuinely collaborative team.


What They’re Looking For:
Solid experience in commercial property law (around 3+ years PQE or equivalent)
Confident handling files independently from instruction to completion
Excellent client care and communication skills
Proficient in using case management systems (Proclaim is a bonus)

Salary up to £62K DOE
