Job Description:
General manager required for an establishment in London that offers a brilliant brunch offering and also small plates in the evening as well. The menu is very interesting and is a popular dining location for customers. As a general manager you will run the site on a day to day basis, £45k basic + service and bonus. You will be the face of the unit, you will be presentable and be that great 1st and last impression to customers.
The role
As a general manager you will run the operation, you will ensure it is ready for service, that the staff are trained and has the knowledge needed. You will run the floor in service and ensure the customers are happy. This role includes all the standard general manager duties.
Experience
This role requires an organised general manager who can manage the floor and run the operation. You will be well presented, very organised and can ensure good standards
