Job Description:
New Homes Sales Consultant (Temporary) – Cranbrook, Kent – Immediate Start
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to support a residential development in Cranbrook on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.
Working Hours:
*Initially Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 – 4:00
*Potential to increase to 5 days per week
*Must be available throughout October
Please note: This is a sole-working role, so candidates must be confident working independently on site.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming and assisting prospective buyers with property viewings
*Taking reservations and completing all associated documentation
*Explaining site plans and development layouts clearly and professionally
*Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
About you:
*Essential: Previous experience in new homes sales or as a residential sales negotiator
*Strong understanding of site plans and development layouts
*Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently
*IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Ideally experienced with CRM systems
