The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, advising both employers and employees on:
Redundancy and unfair dismissal
Employment tribunal litigation
Discrimination and parental rights
Employment contracts and HR policies
Settlement agreements
Tribunal claims
What We’re Looking For
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE in Employment Law.
Confident handling your own caseload independently.
Commercially astute with a strong focus on client service.
Comfortable with business development and contributing to the growth of the Employment and Dispute Resolution offering.
A team player who enjoys being part of a firm that celebrates success and supports its people.
