Job Description:
Recruit Ins is looking for a Mitigation Specialist and an Assistant Mitigation specialist, for a global loss adjusters.
Join our clients Mitigation team and help clients recover from major incidents, from fire and flood to structural and asset damage. Reporting to the Head of Mitigation, you’ll provide or support on-site emergency advice, develop recovery plans, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently. Regional travel and occasional CAT work may be required.
Job Role
*Liaise with adjusters, surveyors, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
*Conduct on-site assessments and provide mitigation advice.
*Support or lead recovery program development and project oversight.
*Facilitate tenders, analyse costs, and validate damage management accounts.
*Produce technical reports including moisture mapping and contamination profiling.
*Contribute to business development initiatives.
Skills Required
*Senior Specialist: 15+ years in damage management, BDMA Senior Technician, advanced expertise in mould remediation, decontamination, drying systems, and restoration.
*Assistant Specialist: 5+ years in damage management, BDMA Technician, solid knowledge of drying, remediation, and decontamination.
*Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
*Flexible for regional travel and occasional CAT deployments.
