We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of this great company, including financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
The CFO will work to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization, advising the CEO and board on strategic financial matters.
The new CFO (succession planning) will be responsible for:
*Capital Raising
*Strategic Advice
*Team Leadership
*Risk Management
*Cash Management
*Financial Reporting
*Financial Discipline
*Financial Planning and Forecasting
Ensuring financial discipline throughout the organization, the CFO will supervise all budgets and financial policies: safeguarding financial resources, managing financial risks, and provide financial expertise to support the company’s overall strategic goals.
The Company - a familiar & multinational brand, operating in the UK, EU & APAC.
Diversified Manufacturing - selling products & services, to consumers & the trades.
In managing change - you will have an appreciation of climate change, AI & tech-driven business model benefits. The CFO will work closely with the CEO & CIO to introduce AI.
This is a Leadership role - requiring people-centric skills.
Sector Experience: Manufacturing, Professional Services.
Desirables: Degree. Possible Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, CPA).
