Job Description:
Job Title: Bookkeeper / Administrator
Location: Aston, Birmingham
Pay Rate: Up to £14 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing, with potential to go permanent)
We are seeking a Bookkeeper with administrative experience to join a small finance function in Aston, Birmingham. This is an ongoing temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:*Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
*Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
*Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting
*Supporting the finance team with general bookkeeping duties
*Carrying out a range of administrative tasks as required
*Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:*Previous bookkeeping experience (experience in a small finance function desirable)
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
*Flexible and willing to take on varied admin responsibilities
