Your Role Will Include:
*Supporting students with their educational, emotional, and nutritional needs
*Assisting with after-school clubs, homework, and enrichment activities
*Helping to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism
*Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and acting as a positive role model
*Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students with complex emotional needs
Working Hours:
*Monday: 15:00 – 22:00
*Tuesday to Thursday: 07:30 – 09:30 & 15:00 – 22:00
*Friday: 07:30 – 09:30 & 14:00 – 16:00
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children, ideally those with SEN or emotional/behavioural needs
*Confidence in managing challenging situations calmly and effectively
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
*A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
