IFA Administrator – Newcastle-Under-Lyme
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + benefits + bonus
A successful and growing Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm in Newcastle under Lyme is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator / Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the financial advice sector to progress their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities*Provide day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
*Process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and savings products
*Prepare client valuations, review packs, and reports
*Maintain and update client records on back-office systems
*Liaise with product providers and clients to obtain policy information and documentation
*Ensure compliance requirements are met and processes are followed accurately
*Support advisers with diary management and client meeting preparation
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Wealth Management Administrator, or Financial Services Administrator
*Knowledge of financial products (pensions, investments, ISAs, protection) and platforms
*Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*A proactive and client-focused approach
*Experience using industry software (e.g. Intelligent Office, Xplan, or similar) would be an advantage
