Personal Lines Account Handler – Heywood
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year (plus benefits)

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage Client Portfolios: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business quotes for personal lines clients.
*Customer Service: Provide professional support, responding to queries and delivering clear, accurate advice.
*Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet company and regulatory standards.
*Team Support: Work from the Heywood office, providing occasional support at the nearby Head Office as needed.


Essential Skills & Knowledge:
*Technical knowledge across personal lines products, including car, van, home, and travel.
*Strong account management, renewals, and client service skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
*Ability to analyse client needs and provide professional guidance.
