Job Description:
Registered Manager – Residential Childcare
Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £52,000 + bonus potential

We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced deputy managers or managers who are ready to grow with an organisation that truly values its staff and their impact on young lives.
What we are looking for:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role relevant to residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
*At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing care staff
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
*Full UK driving licence
*Must be over 21 years old
*Successful candidates will be subject to enhanced DBS checks, right to work, and reference checks
