Teaching Assistant*Daily Rate: £90 - £105 (depending on experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about contributing to a supportive educational environment and are committed to making a difference in students’ lives.
Day-to-day of the role:*Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and educational activities.
*Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom setup.
*Provide tailored support to students, ensuring their individual needs are met.
*Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
*Participate in the evaluation of student progress and contribute to feedback sessions.
*Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under guidance.
*A compassionate and patient approach to dealing with students.
*A qualification in education or related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
