We are actively seeking a Primary School Supply Teacher to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic educator with a PGCE and QTS, who is committed to creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment for primary-aged children.
Day-to-day of the role:*Teach engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and school policies.
*Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and needs within the classroom.
*Maintain effective classroom management to promote a safe and productive learning environment.
*Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
*Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teaching staff or develop new plans as needed to meet student needs.
*Collaborate with other teachers and staff to foster a supportive and vibrant educational atmosphere.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Must hold a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
*Experience in teaching at the primary school level is preferred.
*Excellent classroom management abilities.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
