Teaching Assistant*Daily Rate: £90 - £105 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and thrives in a supportive classroom environment. The successful candidate will assist in delivering educational support to students and help foster a positive learning atmosphere.
Day-to-day of the role:*Assist teachers in preparing and setting up resources for lessons.
*Support individual students and small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
*Monitor and support the progress of students both academically and socially.
*Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
*Assist with the management of class behaviour.
*Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*A proactive and compassionate approach to student learning and welfare.
*Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential.
