What – Your Role and Responsibilities
*Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Assist with learning activities, emotional wellbeing, and classroom routines
*Work 1:1 or in small groups to boost engagement and progress
*Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs
*Bring adaptability, initiative, and a warm, encouraging presence
*Uphold safeguarding responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working with children in a primary or similar setting
*A genuine passion for education and pupil development
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Reliability and commitment to Monday - Friday availability
*A positive attitude and a great sense of humour
We also welcome candidates with the following qualifications or experience:
*Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or above)
*Childcare-related qualifications (Level 2 or above)
*Health & Social Care background (with school experience or basic phonics knowledge)
*University graduates with a passion for education
*Unqualified Teaching Assistants with relevant classroom experience
*Additional training such as Team Teach, PRICE, or Moving & Handling is desirable
