ROLE: Business Analyst
LENGTH: 6 Months
LOCATION: Hybrid, 2-3 days in office - London
PAY: Day Rate Outside IR35
What You’ll Be Doing
*Understanding Business Needs:
*Engage with teams across the organisation to explore how technology can improve operations, enhance processes, and solve business challenges.
*Mapping and Improving Processes:
*Document existing workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend ways to streamline or enhance performance through better systems and processes.
*Defining Requirements:
*Translate business objectives into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide development and delivery.
*Collaborating on Solutions:
*Work closely with developers and technical specialists to shape solutions that are fit for purpose, technically feasible, and aligned with long-term goals.
*Testing and Quality Assurance:
*Support the testing process by creating test plans, validating functionality, and ensuring outcomes meet business expectations before solutions go live.
*Supporting Delivery:
*Partner with project managers to monitor progress, maintain alignment with business priorities, and support smooth adoption and rollout across teams.
What We’re Looking For
*Around 5 years’ experience in a business analysis or similar role within a technology-focused environment.
*Familiarity with the real estate or property sector is a plus, but not essential.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to investigating and resolving issues.
*Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
*Confident using business analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
*A proactive, forward-thinking attitude and a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
