*Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 08:45 - 16:00
*Wednesday: 08:45 - 16:30
*Friday: 08:45 - 15:30

We’re recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and therapeutic school in East Grinstead, supporting learners aged 7-19 with social, emotional, and communication needs. This role is ideal for someone considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or youth support.
�? What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and communication needs.
*Assisting teachers in delivering creative and inclusive lessons.
*Helping to create a calm, structured, and safe learning environment.
*Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
*Contributing to lesson planning and classroom organisation.
