Finance Business Partner
3-month contract
Based in Brighton with parking (hybrid with 2 days at home)
£55,000 – £56,500 per annum (pro rata for 3 months)

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-known organisation in the Brighton area on a full-time, 3-month contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and budget holders to drive informed financial decisions and ensure effective use of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and monitor budgets across multiple departments, ensuring accurate and timely budget reporting.
*Partner with senior management and other budget holders to provide financial insight and guidance.
*Lead financial forecasting and planning activities, contributing to robust financial strategies.
*Support the annual planning and budgeting process.
*Provide analysis and commentary on financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
*Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies.
*Utilise multi-user finance systems and analytics/planning tools to improve reporting and decision-making.
Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or management accounting role.
*Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
*Proficiency with multi-user finance systems and financial planning/analytics tools.
*Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
*Recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience desirable.
