Your roles and responsibilities
*Experience supporting children with Autism and challenging behaviour
*Primary school or relevant setting experience
*Team-focused and adaptable
*Committed to Monday–Friday availability
*Confidently supporting all abilities and daily routines
What we’re looking for?
*Experience working with children with additional needs
*A solid understanding of Autism and other SEND profiles
*Desirable training: Moving & Handling, Team Teach, PRICE
We also welcome candidates with the following qualifications or experience:
*Teaching Assistant qualifications (Level 2 or above)
*Childcare-related qualifications (Level 2 or above)
*Health & Social Care background (with school experience or basic phonics knowledge)
*University graduates with a passion for education
*Unqualified Teaching Assistants with relevant classroom experience
