Location: Reading (with Hybrid working)
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to expand its Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join a supportive, collaborative team with a strong reputation in the sector.
The Role
You will play a key role in managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters while supporting the Department Head and mentoring junior team members. The role offers scope for development and progression within a stable and growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload including: *
Wills & Probate
*
Trusts & Estate Planning
*
Elderly Client Matters
*
Court of Protection Applications
*
Powers of Attorney

*
Support senior fee earners and contribute to team success
*
Assist in training and guiding junior colleagues as needed
*
Work toward agreed fee-earning targets
*
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and SRA regulatory requirements
*
Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain SRA Continuing Competence

About You *
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in Private Client work
*
Confident handling a varied and busy caseload
*
Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
*
Highly organised, self-motivated, and a team player
*
Committed to high standards of client care and legal service
