Role: Wills and Probate Solicitor
Location: Reading (or the Maidenhead office) Hybrid working
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their established Private Client Department, offering a chance to handle a diverse caseload while supporting senior team members and guiding junior colleagues.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a qualified professional seeking to expand their experience in Private Client law within a collaborative and forward-thinking firm.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters including: *
Wills and Probate
*
Trusts and Estate Administration
*
Elderly Client Matters
*
Powers of Attorney
*
Court of Protection work

*
Supporting senior fee earners with ongoing cases
*
Progressing and developing your own client base
*
Meeting fee-earning targets as set by the firm
*
Adhering to firm policies, procedures, and SRA regulations
*
Committing to Continuing Competence and ongoing professional development

About You *
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Private Client practitioner
*
Strong background in managing a full Private Client caseload
*
Able to handle high volumes of work efficiently and with attention to detail
*
Proficient in MS Office and general case management systems
*
Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
*
Committed to providing exceptional client service
