As the firm continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high-performing residential property team.

About the Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play an integral role in supporting fee earners throughout all stages of the residential conveyancing process. Working closely with solicitors, clients, and third parties, you’ll ensure that transactions are managed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest level of client care.
This position is ideal for a paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience in residential conveyancing who is ready to take the next step in a progressive firm.
Key Responsibilities *
Provide professional and responsive communication to clients, both verbally and in writing
*
Liaise with external parties including solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
*
Conduct due diligence and manage essential documentation
*
Track, request, and return legal documents in a timely manner
*
Maintain accurate file records via the case management system
*
Assist in preparing legal documents such as contracts, remortgage paperwork, and completion statements
*
Review titles, request redemption statements, and liaise with lenders
*
Coordinate all pre-completion and completion tasks
*
Process source of funds documentation and handle funds requests
*
Update internal teams and referral partners through case portals
*
Meet departmental KPIs and service level agreements
*
Support colleagues across departments or locations as required
*
Uphold the firm’s policies, compliance standards, and commitment to client care
Candidate Requirements *
At least 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing - essential
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
Excellent organisation and time management
*
Ability to manage caseloads independently with a high level of accuracy
*
Client-focused with a professional and confident telephone manner
*
IT literate, including Microsoft Office proficiency
*
Experience using case management systems (desirable)
*
Audio typing experience (preferred)
*
A flexible, team-oriented attitude
