As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
*Provide tailored support to a pupil with specific learning and/or behavioural needs
*Implement strategies from the pupil’s EHCP
*Foster emotional wellbeing and social development
*Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure consistent care
*Create a safe, engaging learning environment that promotes independence

Requirements:
*Experience working with children with SEN (1:1 experience preferred)
*A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
