THE ROLE:
• A reputable law firm based in Leicestershire is looking for a Private Client Lawyer with strong commercial awareness.
• The role involves managing a broad mix of private client matters, including drafting and advising on wills, administering estates and probate matters, creating and managing trusts, preparing Powers of Attorney and offering strategic tax planning advice.
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and a results-driven approach.
• Strong planning and organisational skills required.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client law.
• Must be comfortable advising clients on a wide spectrum of private client issues.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key, both with clients and colleagues.
• Should be able to manage an independent caseload effectively, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• A commitment to delivering practical, client-focused solutions is expected.
