Job Description:
Primary Responsibility: Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated NIHL claims within a supportive team environment.
Objective: Progress claims using effective strategies to achieve desired client outcomes and maintain profitability.
Requirements: Prior experience handling NIHL claims and the ability to manage a litigated caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Document Review and Report Preparation
*Ensure accuracy and completeness in all document reviews and reports.
Disclosure Management
*Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Evidence Review
*Analyze medical and personnel records thoroughly.
Conducting Investigations
*Obtain comprehensive witness statements and interact with Insured individuals.
Instructing Counsel and Experts
*Provide detailed instructions to legal and expert personnel.
Research and General Drafting
*Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality draft documents.
Attending Conferences and Trials
*Be present and contribute effectively during conferences and trials.
Routine Correspondence
*Manage and respond to everyday communications promptly.
Court Appointments
*Attend and represent at court appointments as required.
Liaising with Insurers and Insureds
*Maintain clear and consistent communication with insurers and insured individuals.
Adherence to Court Timetables
*Ensure all deadlines and schedules are met.
Compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations
*Uphold professional standards and regulatory compliance.

Working Hours
*35 hours per week: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
*Hybrid Working - 1x day in office location.
