Childcare Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Derbyshire, Salary - £60K - £70K DOE.

THE ROLE:
• Managing a caseload of care proceedings from start to finish.
• Representing clients at court and key meetings.
• Supervising and supporting junior fee-earners.
• Liaising with local authorities, guardians and third parties.
• Ensuring compliance, billing and time recording are completed efficiently.
• Contributing to departmental growth and business development.
THE CANDIDATE:
• A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in family care law.
• You will ideally be a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.
• A confident advocate, you’ll be skilled in managing sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy, demonstrating strong organisation and attention to detail.
