Litigation Solicitor, 1+ PQE, Sommerset, £40,000 to £60,000 DOE. The role is to support the Partner in managing a high-volume caseload while effectively handling own matters, ensuring all work is conducted in line with company policies and procedures. LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
Key responsibilities will include but not restricted to, focusing on residential eviction matters within the litigation department. Undertaking all aspects of litigation work for clients (excluding criminal matters). Preparing affidavits, injunctions, statements, notices, applications, pleadings, and other legal forms and documents. Obtaining, reviewing, and analysing evidence and witness statements. Preparing briefs for Counsel and compiling document bundles. Assisting with the financial management of all matters. Ensuring clients are kept informed and satisfied throughout the process, resolving any concerns promptly and courteously. Liaising with and delegating tasks to legal assistants as appropriate. Maintaining the highest standards of client care at all times. You will be a team player within the group and firm as a whole. Efficient, well organised and timely.
