Commercial Account Handler – Central Manchester
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Account Handler to join a reputable insurance brokerage in central Manchester. This role offers a very clear progression path, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to achieve Cert CII qualifications within your first year!
Key Responsibilities:
*Support Account Executives in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
*Assist with renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business development.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
*Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
*Gain in-depth knowledge of a wider variety of commercial insurance products.
What we are looking for:
*A good grounding of experience within the Commercial Insurance sector is essential.
*Experience using Acturis is highly desirable.
*Familiarity with FCA regulations and compliance standards.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work proactively and as part of a team.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
*CII qualifications are advantageous, but a genuine ambition to achieve them is crucial.
