Sharp Consultancy is recruiting an FP&A Analyst on behalf of a growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an early studier (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is analytical, commercially minded, and eager to gain experience in a forward-facing finance role.


Key Responsibilities:
*Review and maintain customer fees, reconcile transactions, and perform balance sheet reconciliations
*Manage CRM updates and support monthly sales forecasts
*Deliver weekly reporting internally and to international stakeholders
*Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to provide financial insight
*Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
*Assist with budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
*Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
*Support ad-hoc projects and attend Sales & Operations meetings


About You:
*Early studier (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with aspiration to become qualified
*Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business
*Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with high attention to detail
*Commercially minded, proactive, and solution-focused
*Confident, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive "can do" attitude
