We are seeking four Maths & English Coaches to join our team across multiple campuses in Buckinghamshire. These roles are ideal for individuals who are flexible and can adapt to varying schedules. Each position involves working 4 days a week, with the specific days varying by location.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver engaging Maths and English sessions to students, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.
*Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
*Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
*Maintain records of student attendance and progress.
*Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methods and learning experiences.
*Adapt to varying daily schedules as required by the specific campus needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Proven experience as a Maths or English coach or a similar educational role.
*Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching strategies for Maths and English.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Flexibility to work different days across the week as required.
*Relevant teaching qualification is preferred.
