�? Branch Administrator – Near Boston, Lincolnshire �?
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional looking for a varied and fast-paced role?
We’re recruiting for a Branch Administrator to join a busy team in Sutterton, Lincolnshire. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations, supporting management and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the branch.
?? Key Responsibilities:
*Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard
*Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
*Deliver administrative support across departments
*Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery tickets
*Handle daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
*Maintain accurate records and update the sales database
*Assist with trade shows and events
*Conduct monthly stock checks on domestic items
*Ensure clear and timely communication across the team
*Deliver consistently professional and customer-focused service
*Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Manager
? What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
*Confidence dealing with people at all levels
*Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
*Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
*High accuracy in written and numerical work
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Self-motivated, approachable, and a team player
*Able to use initiative and adapt in a fast-paced setting
*Well-presented and detail-oriented
?? Role Details:
*Location: Sutterton, Lincolnshire PE20 2ET
*Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
*Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
*Start Date: Immediate (subject to notice period)
