A renowned, independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a confident and commercially sharp Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a diverse range of Commercial schemes, with a particular focus on high-spec Offices, Fit Outs, PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), and wider built environment developments.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering complex projects, and mentoring junior members of the cost team.
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work directly with Partners and senior stakeholders to shape the delivery of flagship schemes, often valued in excess of £100m. This position is perfect for someone seeking the responsibility of leading major projects with the support and structure of an established, award-winning consultancy.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
*BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
*MRICS Chartered
*Strong experience across Office, Fit Out, PBSA / Commercial sectors
*Excellent pre and post contract skills
*Consultancy background essential
*Strong client management and leadership capabilities
