Main Function of the Position:
To identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. This role is key to expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

*Competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
*Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
*Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the engineering and facilities management sectors
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
*Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth
*Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
*Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand
*Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communications using CRM systems
*Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the leadership team
Role Requirements:
*Proven experience in a business development, sales, or account management role (ideally within engineering or technical services)
*Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
