The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator working within a nurturing and inclusive setting, you will play a key role in supporting the development of children aged 0 to 5 years. Your responsibilities will include fostering a secure, stimulating environment that encourages exploration and growth. A thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is essential, as you’ll be expected to apply its principles effectively in daily practice. This role also offers the opportunity to use your creativity and resourcefulness to design engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and promote holistic development.
