Salary: £98-£110
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Term Time

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the learning experience for children at the very start of our school journey.
?? About the Role:
*Work closely with Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to deliver engaging lessons and support learning
*Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for learners
*Occasionally deliver lessons to a small class, maintaining a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
*Support pupils’ emotional well-being, social skills, and engagement with learning
*Contribute to the school’s inclusive ethos and supportive culture
What We’re Looking For:
*GCSEs in Maths and English (level 9-4 / level 2)
*Level 3 TA qualification, NQF/QCF/RQF, or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship
*Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs
*A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
To Be Eligible You Must:
*Hold the Right to Work in the UK
*Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
*Provide two professional child-related references
*Be confident communicating with pupils, families, and colleagues in accurate spoken English
