Graduate Town Planner - RTPI Accredited Degree Location: Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative and growing team where you’ll be supported by experienced professionals, gain exposure to exciting projects, and receive guidance towards your RTPI Chartership.
The Role: As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the planning process, including:
* Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.
* Undertaking planning research, site appraisals, and policy reviews.
* Supporting senior colleagues on a variety of projects across the UK.
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders.
* Contributing to planning statements and reports.
About You: We’re looking for someone with:
* An RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
* A genuine passion for planning and the built environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
* The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous work experience or placement within a planning consultancy or local authority would be advantageous, but not essential.
