Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance (£5000)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Area travel required across various locations

What You’ll Do
As Area Nursery Manager, you will:
*Oversee and support 3 nursery settings to deliver outstanding childcare and Ofsted results.
*Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in EYFS delivery, curriculum planning, and safeguarding.
*Work closely with Nursery Managers to drive best practice, professional development, and continuous improvement.
*Conduct regular quality audits, compliance checks, and mock inspections.
*Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to develop confident, capable leaders.
*Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, families, and staff.
What Success Looks Like
*Each nursery achieving at least a ’Good’ or ’Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.
*Strong, confident Nursery Managers empowered to deliver exceptional care.
*Robust compliance and safeguarding standards maintained across all settings.
*Engaged teams delivering a nurturing, child-centred learning environment.
About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
*Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
*2+ years’ experience in a senior early years or multi-site management role.
*A successful track record in improving quality and achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
*Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND practice.
*Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
*A proactive, positive, and organised approach — with the flexibility to travel regionally.
