Job Description:
I am excited to be representing my client, a market leader in the engineering industry, as they look to recruit an Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Function of the Position:
You will be overseeing the strategic, operational, and commercial performance of assigned client accounts. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure all contractual obligations, financial processes, and service delivery standards are met, while driving client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth across the service portfolio.

*Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
*Manage client relationships, acting as the main escalation point and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
*Oversee quotations, invoicing, and compliance documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
*Lead financial governance including applications for payment and revenue tracking.
*Deliver monthly account presentations and performance reports covering KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction.
*Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across the company’s service offerings.
*Chair regular client review meetings and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic business growth.
Role Requirements:
*Strong commercial and financial acumen.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Proven experience in relationship management and client-facing roles.
*High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
*Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Confident communicator with experience in delivering presentations and reports.
