A Japanese restaurant is currently recruiting for an HR Manager to work in their operations department in London.
In this role you will be responsible for shaping their people strategy and ensuring teams across London are supported, engaged, and thriving. You’ll work closely with management to develop HR processes, recruit top talent, and promote a friendly and motivating work environment.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-18:30 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £48-55K depending on experience, plus good benefits
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Euston (5 days a week in Office)
HR Manager Main Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Supporting and coaching managers on HR best practices and team development
• Driving employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and UK employment law
• Contributing to HR process improvements and company culture building
HR Manager Ideal Candidate:
• 3 years+ of experience in an HR role
• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes as well as benefits
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
