Job Description:
Team Leader
*Annual Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 d.o.e.
*Location: Bournemouth
*Job Type: Full-time, office based
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join a leading Litigation & Recoveries team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for leadership and a background in finance recoveries, collections, or related fields.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Oversee a team of 6, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality case handling.
*Provide feedback and support and foster a collaborative team environment.
*Assist with legal case progression and client liaisons.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven organisational and leadership skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Experience in finance, collections, or similar fields is advantageous.
