ERP & Application Engineer
Location: Braintree (Head Office)

Are you passionate about ERP systems and business applications?
Join our IT Service Desk team as an ERP & Application Engineer and play a key role in supporting and improving enterprise applications-particularly ERP -while contributing to broader IT operations and Microsoft 365 support.
What You’ll Do
*Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for ERP systems (ideally SAP but open to other ERP’s)
*Troubleshoot access, workflow, and data accuracy issues.
*Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on updates and escalations.
*Support integrations across accounting, inventory, and CRM.
*Deliver clear, friendly user support and training.
*Assist with Microsoft 365 tools and general IT tasks.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience: 2-5 years in IT support, ERP, or application roles.
*ERP Knowledge: SAP experience is ideal (others like Kerridge/K8 or MAM Autoparts welcome).
*Technical Skills: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server; PowerShell or SQL scripting is a plus.
*Soft Skills: Service-oriented, organised, and great communicator.
