Commercial Finance Director | FMCG | London | Permanent | Start ASAP
We’re working with a fast-growing, PE-backed group that’s entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. With a new senior leadership team in place and significant investment behind them, they’re looking for a Commercial Finance Director to partner closely with the UK Managing Director and help shape the next stage of growth.
This is a genuinely influential role, ideal for someone who combines commercial curiosity with strong financial acumen and a collaborative approach.
The role:
*Act as a trusted partner to the UK MD and wider leadership team, providing challenge, insight, and strategic support
*Lead all aspects of commercial finance, reporting, and performance analysis
*Support decision-making across new revenue streams, pricing, and investment cases
*Drive automation and process improvement, moving from manual to data-led reporting
*Play a key role in shaping a modern, progressive finance function within a creative, fast-paced business
What we’re looking for:
*Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial finance experience, ideally from media, FMCG. creative, or other consumer sectors
*Confident working in high-growth, evolving environments where priorities shift and pace is high
*Strong business partner - collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and able to influence without ego
*Hands-on mindset, with the ability to both zoom out strategically and dive into the detail when needed
