Job Title: Acoustics Lead
Location: UK (Hybrid / Flexible)

A leading provider of sound and vibration instrumentation is seeking an experienced Acoustics Lead to join their growing technical team. As the UK distributor for industry-leading products such as Rion and Norsonic, the company is known for delivering exceptional technical support, live-to-web monitoring solutions, and UKAS-accredited laboratory services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take ownership of acoustic product development, monitoring systems, and client technical support, while contributing to the continuous improvement of products, services, and training across the business.
As an Acoustics Lead, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring product excellence, and representing the company across the UK acoustics community.

Duties for the role of Acoustics Lead include:
* Developing in-depth expertise across the sound and vibration instrumentation range
* Providing technical support to clients and the internal sales team
* Overseeing and enhancing the LivEnviro live monitoring system
* Liaising with global suppliers to resolve technical queries
* Delivering training sessions and technical workshops for colleagues
* Representing the company at industry events such as IOA meetings
* Contributing to marketing, including social media and technical content updates
Requirements:
* Degree in Acoustics or a related field
* Membership (or working towards) of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA)
* Strong experience in environmental or building acoustics
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
