Records Administrator

Birmingham city centre

£25,000 - £26,000 p/a DoE

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award-winning regional law firm based in Birmingham. They are looking for a Records Administrator to join their planning team.

Duties and responsibilities of a Records Administrator include:
*Process and analyse large datasets, using external portals and excel spreadsheets.
*Administration and escalation of S106 agreements.
*General administrative support for 2 senior members of staff for the smooth running of the function.
*Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to correct data discrepancies.
*First point of contact for queries.

The correct person for the role:
*MUST HAVE intermediate to advanced excel skills e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc (this will be tested during the process)
*Strong numerical skills
*Experience working in a fast-paced, data driven environment
*Excellent attention to detail
*Happy in the office 5 days a week
