Learning & Development Manager | Retail
We are super excited to be supporting a fantastic, people-focused retail business as they look to welcome a Learning & Development Manager into their team. This is a newly developed role with real opportunity to shape, influence and elevate how learning happens across both head office and retail.

The Role of Learning & Development Manager:
You’ll play a key role in driving the business’s learning agenda, partnering closely with leaders and the People team to:
* Deliver and evolve the L&D strategy, aligned to business goals
* Design and deliver engaging learning programmes - leadership, onboarding, personal development and capability uplift
* Conduct training needs analysis and support talent development pathways
* Manage relationships with external training partners and digital learning platforms
* Track effectiveness, using data and feedback to continuously develop the learning experience
* Introduce modern, blended learning methods and fresh thinking around development
About You
* Hands-on L&D experience, able to design and deliver learning end-to-end
* Comfortable working at pace, balancing strategy with delivery
* Strong stakeholder skills - confident working with leaders and teams across the business
* Curious, creative and passionate about modern learning approaches
* Commercially aware and able to measure impact
