Early Years Lecturer*Location: South East London
*Job Type: Full-time
*Salary: £28-30 per hour
*Start Date: ASAP
*Contract End Date: 28/11/2025
We are seeking an Early Years Lecturer to join our team at the South East London Campus. This role involves delivering T Levels as well as Levels 1 and 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and/or relevant industry experience, with a commitment to engaging and effective education.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver educational content across T Levels, and Levels 1 and 2, ensuring all curriculum standards are met.
*Engage students through clear and confident communication, making learning accessible and enjoyable.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring all administrative tasks related to teaching are completed efficiently.
*Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
*Provide support and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Proven experience in teaching or relevant industry experience.
*Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
*Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups.
*Efficient administration skills for effective student record-keeping.
