Learning Support Assistant - Secondary School (Taunton) ?? Location: Taunton

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Taunton. This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with:
*Trauma-informed approaches
*Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
*ADHD
*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
*Cognition and learning challenges
*Leading 1:1 or small group interventions
Requirements:
*Right to work in the UK
*Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*At least one child-based reference
