Job Description:
A leading restaurant business is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to lead its commercial finance team.
Managing 2 direct reports and working closely with the CFO you will be a business partner to senior leaders across the business. Main duties include:
*Deliver analytical insights and value-added analysis to support operational decision-making
*Identify opportunities and propose action-orientated solutions to drive revenue and profitability across all areas of the business
*Monitor and challenge operations to improve operational processes, productivity and efficiencies in stores
*Oversee the daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the business performance to the Board and Exec team
*Monitor KPIs and identifying and explaining key drivers
*Review new site appraisals and ensure CAPEX and pre-opening costs remain within budget
*Own modelling and scenario analysis for menu pricing, supply chain and production costing
*Own the forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning process
*Lead ad-hoc projects for the CFO
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a commercial finance and FP&A background. You must have multi-site experience and have previous team management.
