Reed Further Education are seeking a passionate and experienced Lecturer to drive excellence across a thriving Health & Social Care and Access to HE provision. In this strategic role, you will lead the development, delivery, and quality assurance of a diverse curriculum offer, including:
*Health & Social Care qualifications at Levels 2 and 3
*T-Level in Health
*Access to HE programmes
You will work closely with our NHS partners to lead a prestigious T-Level groups, ensuring students gain the skills and experience needed to succeed in the sector.


What we’re looking for:
*A dynamic and self-motivated leader with a strong background in Health & Social Care education and clinical practice
*Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development
*A collaborative approach and the ability to inspire and lead a team
*A commitment to maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement

Requirements:
*Teaching Qualification at Level 5
*Assessors Award (desirable)
*A clinical vocational background


All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
